TDS Silica gel Specification

Silica Gel is a high activated adsorpxion material, is widely used in desiccant and absorbent. It is a high-powered absorbent in every humid environment and is the only desiccant used in food and medicine by FDA.

Quality correlation:

It comes up to the GB10455-89(also according to agreement with the customer).

Adsorpxion of the unit:

Adsorbing capacity RH=20% ≥10%

Adsorbing capacity RH=40% ≥ 20%

Adsorbing capacity RH=90% ≥30%

Attention:As GB10455-89 standard: RH=90% quality product ≥28%

                                        Top-quality ≥29%

Theory of Silica Gel

   Transparent,glassiness,smooth global, nonpoisonous and tasteless, neutral and non-corrosiveness,only one desiccant which has indicator,it is chemical product,physical wicking and environmental. Non-degradable, the extractable metal content is lower than ROHS standard and GP standard.

 

Scope of application

   The objective service in: sophisticated electronic equipment,Hardware, machinery, Wood ware, clothing and shoe industry, medicine, food, container sea transportation and so on.
